SHOULD PHYSICAL EDUCATION/GAMES PERIODS BE MANDATORY IN SCHOOLS?

It’s not about winning and losing,
It’s about how you play the game.

Hey, c’mon, let’s play a little something. Why not volleyball? Please, just this one time. Nonsense, even if you’re not good, you can at least try. Ugh, keep sitting there, and don’t move until the period gets over, that’s your work during PE periods, isn’t it? If schools made it mandatory, how fun would it be? At least you’d get a little taste of playing any sport. By the way, you do need to be in better shape. Ok, I’m not listening to you, now! Get up!!

You’re asking me why PE should be good for you? It shouldn’t be good for you, it should be mandatory for you?! And, don’t ask me for a professional opinion, because I don’t have any. But what I can say is, compared to all the people running over there, you look like a potato. Physical activity can help you get rid of all that fat. Truth’s harsh, honey, but reality hits hard. And, you're not good at running, anyway. Cardio’s not good. PE helps, you know! Plus, you won’t get sleepy while sitting there. And, people get a better understanding of each other, too. Teamwork, duh.

And according to research and 41% of students PE helps relieve stress, while 40% say it improves teamwork, and 32% report increased confidence.

So, teamwork, improved health and focus, confidence, more activity, a healthy interest in a sport and 0 stress. I told you every benefit I could get, and it still doesn’t motivate you to play even a bit. Fine, sit there, but don’t come to me regretting it when you start to enjoy it. I told you teamwork, improved health and focus, active, healthy interest in sports, and 0 stress and full confidence, it is quite a good deal to have, but I guess you don't!
